How do I start trading cryptocurrencies on your app?
Open Swap, choose what you are paying with and what you want back, and check the rate on the review screen before anything is signed. Melmex routes the swap through 0x and never holds your funds.
Can I withdraw my cryptocurrency to a personal wallet?
At any time, and without asking us. It is your wallet, and Melmex has no way to stop, freeze or delay a transfer.
How can I recover my account if I forget my password?
A self-custodial wallet has no password to reset. Melmex cannot see your keys and cannot recover them for you, which is exactly the point. Export your key and keep it somewhere safe.
How does the app protect my investments?
By never holding anything. Your keys are generated on your device, every transaction is signed there, and Melmex has no ability to move your assets.
Is user data encrypted both in transit and at rest?
As little as it can. There is no analytics anywhere in the app, and the server does not keep your wallet address.
What cryptocurrencies can I buy with this app?
The major coin of each of thirteen networks, the stablecoins, and the tokens most used on them, each one listed with its price and a week of history.
