Melmex began as one question: why does holding your own crypto still feel like a chore? Every wallet either takes custody and calls it convenience, or hands you a seed phrase and wishes you luck.

Three commitments, and what each one costs us to keep.
Melmex runs in a browser on any device, across thirteen networks, with no account to approve and no list of countries to be on.
Prices arrive cached and swaps route in a single request, so the screen answers before you have finished reading it.

Keys are generated on your device and never leave it. There is no server-side account to breach, because there is no account.

Networks and assets are added when they are ready to be used, not when they are ready to be announced.

You can export your key and walk away at any moment. A wallet you cannot leave is not really yours.
There is nothing open right now, but the door is not locked. Write to support@melmex.io and say what you would want to work on.

Every screen answers one question and then gets out of the way. Nothing is here because a competitor has it.
What we are looking for right now. If none of it fits and you still think you belong here, write to support@melmex.io and say why.
There is no office to visit. Melmex is built remotely and runs in your browser. There is a person at the other end of each of these.
